Maryland Education Section 6-411

      (a)      This subtitle does not supersede any other provision of the Code or the rules and regulations of public school employers that establish and regulate tenure.

      (b)      This subtitle does not make the State labor laws in Titles 3 and 7 of the Labor and Employment Article of the Code apply to public school employment.
