Maryland Education Section 22-202

      (a)      Funds for the operation of the educational program in State hospital centers shall be provided in the budget of the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

      (b)      The Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and other State agencies may contribute to the program.

      (c)      Funds appropriated for educational programs in State hospital centers may not be diverted, by budget amendment or otherwise, to any other purpose.
