Maryland Correctional Services Section 2-201

      The following units are in the Department:

            (1)      the Division of Correction;

            (2)      the Division of Parole and Probation;

            (3)      the Division of Pretrial Detention and Services;

            (4)      the Patuxent Institution;

            (5)      the Board of Review for Patuxent Institution;

            (6)      the Maryland Commission on Correctional Standards;

            (7)      the Correctional Training Commission;

            (8)      the Police Training Commission;

            (9)      the Maryland Parole Commission;

            (10)      the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board;

            (11)      the Emergency Number Systems Board;

            (12)      the Sundry Claims Board;

            (13)      the Inmate Grievance Office; and

            (14)      any other unit that by law is declared to be part of the Department.
