Maryland Criminal Law Section 13-2409

Article - Criminal Law

§ 13-2409.

      (a)      This section does not apply to a nonprofit organization seeking a bingo permit.

      (b)      The county commissioners may charge an annual fee not exceeding $5,000 for a bingo permit.
