Article - Criminal Procedure

§ 10-209.

      (a)      A majority of the members of the Advisory Board then serving is a quorum.

      (b)      The Executive Director of the Governor's Office of Crime Control and Prevention, the Attorney General, and the Director of the Maryland Justice Analysis Center of the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice of the University of Maryland shall serve on the Advisory Board as ex officio members.

      (c)      The Advisory Board sets the times and places of its meetings.

      (d)      A member of the Advisory Board:

            (1)      shall serve without compensation; but

            (2)      is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.

      (e)      Subject to the approval of the head of the appropriate unit, the Advisory Board may use the staff and facilities of the Department, the Administrative Office of the Courts, and the Governor's Office of Crime Control and Prevention in the performance of its functions.
