Maryland Courts and Judicial Proceedings Section 8-208.1

      (a)      Nothing in this subtitle may be construed to prohibit a court from electing to combine the qualification and summoning of prospective jurors into a single procedure.

      (b)      When juror qualification forms required under § 8-206 of this subtitle are mailed with the summons required under § 8-208(b) of this subtitle, each person drawn for jury service shall be notified to report for jury duty unless otherwise instructed by the clerk or jury commissioner.
