Maryland Courts and Judicial Proceedings Section 8-205

      (a)      When directed by the circuit court of a county, the clerk, the jury commissioner, or a judge of the court shall publicly draw at random from the master jury wheel the names of as many persons as are required for jury service.

      (b)      The clerk or jury commissioner shall prepare an alphabetical list of the names drawn, which may not be disclosed to any person except as provided in the juror selection plan or § 8-212 of this title.
