§ 8-203.

      (a)      As used in this section the term "modification" includes the establishment of a new plan as well as the modification or replacement of an existing one.

      (b)      The circuit court of a county may modify its plan, at any time and shall modify its plan when directed by the Court of Appeals. The circuit court shall promptly file a copy of the modification with the Court of Appeals.

      (c)      The Court of Appeals shall approve or disapprove any modification submitted to it within 60 days after the filing date. If the Court of Appeals does not act within 60 days, the modification becomes effective on the 61st day after the filing date. A modification made at the direction of the Court of Appeals becomes effective not later than 90 days after the date of approval, as the Court of Appeals directs.
