Maryland Courts and Judicial Proceedings Section 3-110

      (a)      After termination of the guardianship under § 3-106, the court shall distribute the remaining property in accordance with Title 13 of the Estates and Trusts Article of the Code, and this subtitle.

      (b)      The order of distribution shall be final and binding upon any person, including the absentee.
