Maryland Courts and Judicial Proceedings Section 3-101

Article - Courts and Judicial Proceedings

§ 3-101.

      (a)      In this subtitle the following terms have the meanings indicated.

      (b)      "Absentee" means a person who has disappeared.

      (c)      "Court" means a court having jurisdiction as provided in § 13-105(b) of the Estates and Trusts Article of the Code.
