Maryland Business Occupations and Professions Section 11-402

      Subject to the provisions of this subtitle, the Board may issue:

            (1)      a license;

            (2)      a 37-foot-draft limited license;

            (3)      a 34-foot-draft limited license; and

            (4)      a 28-foot-draft limited license.
