Maryland Agriculture Section 7-201.1

      Subject to the provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act, the provisions of this subtitle and of any rule or regulation relating to the Tobacco Authority under this subtitle shall terminate and be of no effect after July 1, 2011.
