Maryland Department of Human Resources Section 130F

      (a)      In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

      (b)      "Administering agency" means an agency approved by the Department, in accordance with § 130H of this subtitle, to administer the Program at the county level.

      (c)      "Department" means the Department of Human Resources.

      (d)      "Emergency Food Provider" means a nonprofit or local government-run organization, including a soup kitchen or food pantry, which provides food to needy individuals at no charge.

      (e)      "Program" means the Maryland Emergency Food Program.
