Maryland Governor - Executive and Administrative Departments Section 6-7A-05

      (a)      The Department and the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene shall adopt a quality assurance system for the program that is consistent with federal requirements regarding quality of waiver services.

      (b)      The system for quality assurance shall include meaningful consumer input, including consumer surveys, that measure the extent to which participants receive the services described in the individual plan and participant satisfaction with such services.
