Maryland Governor - Executive and Administrative Departments Section 15-109

      (a)      The Council shall publish an annual report of the activities of the Council.

      (b)      The report shall be submitted to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2-1246 of the State Government Article, to the General Assembly.
