Maryland Governor - Executive and Administrative Departments Section 14-308

      (a)      An authority may make rules and regulations for the operation and use of property and facilities under its jurisdiction in the manner provided by local law.

      (b)      Any violation of the rules and regulations adopted by an authority is a misdemeanor and is punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000 or imprisonment for not more than 180 days, or both.
