Maryland Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission Section 8-126

      In the event of the sale of the entire parcel of property or a portion of the parcel of property known as the Beltsville Agriculture Research Center by the United States Department of Agriculture, immediately after the transfer of the land from the United States Department of Agriculture to the buyer of the land, the County Council for Prince George's County, sitting as a district council, shall place and permanently maintain the land in a zoning classification of agricultural open space.
