Maryland Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission Section 8-122.1

      Notwithstanding any other provision of the Code, the district council for Prince George's County may authorize in its rules and procedures the representation before the Prince George's County planning board, the district council, the zoning hearing examiner, or the board of zoning appeals, of any bona fide civic association or homeowner's association by any duly elected officer of the association regardless of whether that individual is an attorney.
