Maryland Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission Section 8-116

      The building code and electrical code adopted within that portion of the regional district in Prince George's County pursuant to this title shall be enforced by the respective officers designated by the county pursuant to the provisions of the county charter and all fees and penalties shall be governed by the provisions of law applicable to a charter county.
