Maryland Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission Section 8-108.1

      In Prince George's County, the people's zoning counsel or any party of record may request the continuance of a hearing under this section. The zoning hearing examiner shall grant a continuance if a required technical staff report has not been filed at least 30 days before the scheduled hearing. If a continuance is granted for this reason, the zoning hearing examiner may not hear the case until at least 30 days after the technical staff report has been filed.
