Maryland County Commissioners Section 229

      The provisions of this subheading shall not negate or make inoperative any existing laws providing recreation and park services, but shall be construed as additional and supplemental provisions in accordance with this subheading; and providing further that nothing herein shall supercede the provisions of the charter of the City of Baltimore or the charter or any public local law of any county or any other local municipal corporation concerning their department of recreation and parks.
