Maryland County Commissioners Section 180
§ 180.
  The board of directors and their successors shall annually thereafter call a meeting of the owners of land within the public watershed association on a date they select in January. They shall give at least ten days' notice of the meeting by notices posted at four public places within the association, or in the vicinity thereof, stating the time, place, and object of the meeting. They may call a special meeting of such landowners at any time, for which notice shall be given as aforesaid, and in addition, a written or printed notice shall be mailed to each such landowner.
