Article - County Commissioners

§ 167.

      The county commissioners shall keep a separate record of its proceedings as district council for each taxing and assessment district; shall deposit all money received by it on account of each district to the credit of the county commissioners as district council for such district; shall require the depository to give the same security for the repayment of the money deposited and to pay the same interest, as is now, or may hereafter be, required by the laws relating to the deposit of county funds.
