29-A §2397. Menacing or damaging vehicles

§2397. Menacing or damaging vehicles

The Secretary of State may revoke or suspend the certificate of registration of a vehicle that is:   [PL 1993, c. 683, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 1993, c. 683, Pt. B, §5 (AFF).]

1.  Menace.  So constructed that when in operation the vehicle is a menace to the safety of its occupants or to the public; or

2.  Damage.  So constructed or operated as to cause unreasonable damage to public ways or bridges.
