§5-813. Effect of copy

A copy of a written advance health care directive, revocation of an advance health care directive or designation or disqualification of a surrogate has the same effect as the original.   [PL 2017, c. 402, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 2019, c. 417, Pt. B, §14 (AFF).]
