§201. Incorporators

One or more persons may serve as the incorporator or incorporators of a corporation by delivering articles of incorporation to the Secretary of State for filing.   [PL 2001, c. 640, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 2001, c. 640, Pt. B, §7 (AFF).]
