32 §4173. Certification

§4173. Certification
The commissioner shall certify persons as to their competency to supervise successfully the operation of wastewater treatment plants. A certification is not required of an operator who is a registered professional engineer. [PL 1989, c. 890, Pt. A, §4 (AMD); PL 1989, c. 890, Pt. A, §40 (AFF).]
