24-A §1137. Investments of foreign insurers

§1137. Investments of foreign insurers

The investment portfolio of a foreign or alien insurer shall be as permitted by the laws of its domicile if of a quality substantially equal to that required under this chapter for similar funds of like domestic insurers.   [PL 1969, c. 132, §1 (NEW).]
