§5-120. Liability of guardian or conservator for act of individual subject to guardianship or conservatorship
A guardian or conservator is not personally liable to a 3rd person for the act of an individual subject to guardianship or conservatorship solely by reason of the guardianship or conservatorship. [PL 2017, c. 402, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 2019, c. 417, Pt. B, §14 (AFF).]
