§1-402. Notice; waiver

A person, including a guardian ad litem, conservator or other fiduciary, may waive notice in the manner the Supreme Judicial Court provides by rule. [2017, c. 402, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); 2017, c. 402, Pt. F, §1 (AFF).]
