§20021. Public awareness

The department shall create and maintain a program to increase public awareness of the impacts and prevalence of alcohol and drug abuse. The public awareness program must include promotional and technical assistance to local governments, schools and public and private nonprofit organizations interested in alcohol and drug abuse prevention.
