Subchapter 7: CIVIL ACTIONS BY AGGRIEVED PERSONS

§4621. Civil action

Within the time limited, an aggrieved person may file a civil action in the Superior Court against the person or persons who committed the unlawful discrimination. [2011, c. 613, §22 (AMD); 2011, c. 613, §29 (AFF).]
