§357. Instate tuition rates

Regardless of the state of residence, a member who has met the requirements of this subchapter and is attending a state postsecondary education institution qualifies for instate tuition rates. [2003, c. 488, §4 (NEW); 2003, c. 488, §5 (AFF).]
