Subchapter 10: FARM AND OPEN SPACE TAX LAW

§1104. Administration; regulations

The State Tax Assessor shall adopt and amend such rules and regulations as may be reasonable and appropriate to carry out his responsibilities as provided in this subchapter. [1977, c. 467, §2-A (RPR).]
