§9106. Application of chapter; repeal

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this chapter, the provisions of this chapter apply only to an alternative form of regulation approved by the commission prior to January 1, 2012. This chapter is repealed August 1, 2013. [2011, c. 623, Pt. C, §11 (NEW).]
