§4303. Notice; effective date of certificate; prohibition

Construction may not commence on a nuclear power plant without approval by the voters, as prescribed in section 4302. [1999, c. 398, Pt. A, §§104, 105 (AFF); 1999, c. 398, Pt. A, §96 (AMD).]
