Subchapter 3: SERVICES FOR PERSONS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES OR AUTISM

§5431. Purpose

The purpose of this Article is to assist in the establishment and expansion of community-based adult developmental services and programs for persons with intellectual disabilities or autism residing in the community and residing in privately operated residential care facilities.
