Subchapter 4: INTERSTATE COMPACT ON DETAINERS
§9631. Designation of courts
The phrase "appropriate court" as used in Article I, with reference to the courts of this State, shall mean the District Court or the Superior Court, as applicable. [1983, c. 459, §6 (NEW).]
