§2420. Notification to Maine Board of Pharmacy

Every year at the completion of the license renewal cycle, the board shall provide to the Maine Board of Pharmacy a current listing of all licensees designating licensees who may prescribe pharmaceuticals pursuant to therapeutic or advanced therapeutic licensure and the pharmaceuticals those licensees may prescribe.
