§2209. Registration under prior law
An individual holding a license as a registered nurse in the State issued by the former Board of Registration of Nurses that is valid on September 12, 1959 is licensed as a registered nurse under this chapter, and the renewal of the licenses for those individuals must be effectuated under this section.
