§1737. Rules

The department shall adopt rules implementing the provisions of this chapter in consultation with the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry. Rules must be adopted in accordance with the Maine Administrative Procedure Act. No rule adopted pursuant to this chapter may add or remove prohibitions on packaging or packaging components.
