§13903. Board of Licensure of Professional Land Surveyors; powers and duties

1. Powers. The board shall administer and enforce this chapter and evaluate the qualifications of applicants for licensing.

2. Rules. The board may, in accordance with the Maine Administrative Procedure Act, adopt rules necessary for the proper performance of its duties and the administration of this chapter.
