§11053. Civil penalty
The superintendent may, through the Attorney General, bring a civil action for a penalty not to exceed $5,000 against any person who willfully violates this chapter. No civil penalty pursuant to this section may be imposed for violations of this chapter occurring more than 2 years before the civil action is brought. [1985, c. 702, §2 (NEW).]
