§931. Property taken for debt due from county
The personal property of the residents and the real estate within the boundaries of a county may be taken to pay any debt due from the county. The owner of property so taken may recover from the county under Title 14, section 4953. [1987, c. 737, Pt. C, §2 and Pt (NEW); 1989, c. 6, (AMD); 1989, c. 9, §2 (AMD); 1989, c. 104, Pt.
