§5107. General neighborhood renewal plans

Any authority authorized to perform planning work may prepare a general neighborhood renewal plan for urban renewal areas which are of such scope that urban renewal activities may have to be carried out in stages. A general neighborhood renewal plan must conform to the comprehensive plan and the workable program of the municipality. [1987, c. 737, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); 1987, c. 737, Pt. 1. Contents of plan. The plan may include, but is not limited to, a preliminary plan which:

A. Outlines the urban renewal activities proposed for the area involved; [1987, c. 737, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); 1987, c. 737, Pt. C, §106 (NEW); 1989, c. 6, (AMD); 1989, c. 9, §2 (AMD); 1989, c. 104, Pt. C, §§8, 10 (AMD).]

C. Indicates generally the land uses, population density, building coverage, prospective requirements for rehabilitation and improvement of property and portions of the area contemplated for clearance and redevelopment.
