§4972. Definition

For the purpose of this subchapter, "low-income rental housing" means residential housing projects in which any of the units are subject to federal or state income eligibility restrictions and the rents within the projects are controlled, regulated or assisted by a federal or state agency pursuant to a regulatory or rental assistance agreement.
