§4464. Interlocal agreement

In addition to the requirements of section 2203, the interlocal agreement must be consistent with rules adopted by the commissioner under the Maine Administrative Procedure Act, Title 5, chapter 375. 1. Minimum duration. The minimum duration of the agreement;
