§3508. Certificate of organization

After its organization, the district shall file a certificate with the Secretary of State setting forth the following information: [1987, c. 737, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); 1987, c. 737, Pt. C, §106 (NEW); 1989, c. 6, (AMD); 1989, c. 9, §2 (AMD); 1989, c. 104, Pt. C, §§8, 10 (AMD).]

1. Name. Name of the district;

This certificate shall be signed by the president and treasurer and a majority of the directors, and the president or treasurer shall swear that the signatures set forth in the certificate are true.
