§2076. Illegal delivery of liquor

1. Delivery of liquor. Except with the bureau's written permission, no person may knowingly transport to or cause to be delivered to any person other than the alcohol bureau any spirits not purchased from a state liquor store or the alcohol bureau.

2. Penalties. Any person who violates this section commits a Class E crime.
