§731-A. Acceptance of reinsurance

An insurer may accept reinsurance only of such kinds of risks, and retain risk thereon within such limits, as the insurer is otherwise authorized to insure. [1989, c. 846, Pt. E, §2 (NEW); 1989, c. 846, Pt. E, §4 (AFF).]
